Arena Sports Redmond

My 7 yr-old son has been going to the Redmond location for 3 years and he loves his soccer class and winter/summer break camps! Their all-sports camp is really fun with some inflatable time and 13-15 coaches leading various fun activities by age groups. He also had a birthday party here and everyone had a blast. Thanks to the party manager who was responsive, and the party staffs who were very helpful from the start to the end. They were fantastic on entertaining kids in the field, serving food and running the party smooth. Also I love this location over Issaquah, because kids can focus on playing soccer and do not get distracted by the game arcade/virtual stuff. I really do not like the game arcade thing at a "sports" center.. Today's children are already exposed to screens & games all the time. I would prefer kids to focus on their soccer classes while they are in the facility.

Our kid has been coming here for a long time and is in the advanced group where space is required to play. Arena Sports, unbeknownst to parents, decided to split an already small playing field in half and charged the same amount for lessons. This facility is also cramped and at max capacity, we can't ever find parking. Despite parents' efforts to revert back to how it was a month ago, the administration is absolutely not negotiating and simply willing to let you go like "no big deal". It's a big deal. Bad for business and overall a sad situation that my kid can't play with his close friends anymore. Edited: In response to the reply from Arena Sports- while it may look like you're doing a favor by reducing the class size, it doesn't feel this way when the children are playing. They need move to dribble and kick, and the parents of all the children in the class seemed to feel bad about the current situation. Why don't you try to mitigate the problem by bringing back the field to how it was before, instead of blind-siding players and parents? Or, get feedback from all the parents and coaches. Even the coach admitted it was a bad move and said she tried talking to the administration.

We had a disappointing experience with Arena Sports Soccer. Our team of 9 unscheduled for our whole time in the league, they even moved us into a seperate league with nobody and despite multiple attempts to communicate our concerns, the head of scheduling in Redmond/issaquah facility completely ignored our calls, emails, messages, you name it, failed to respond. Requests for a refund were met after a prolonged wait of 4 weeks, and what's more disheartening is the lack of an apology. I won't mention names, but this experience left me extremely upset. I strongly advise against using this facility for its poor communication and customer service.
